AI for your business systems
Synaptic Intelligence brings AI to the business systems you already run, and answers questions across them in plain English. Each system feeds a department, such as Finance or Sales & Ops. A question goes to every department that holds part of the answer, and the answer comes back with each figure linked to the record it came from. Every connection only reads.
What you can ask, system by system
- Xero Feeds Finance The reports your accountant signs off, invoices and bills, and the chart of accounts.
- QuickBooks Online Feeds Finance Profit and loss, cash flow, what customers owe and what you owe suppliers, and the records behind them.
- Sage Accounting Feeds Finance South Africa and the UK, Ireland and Canada: unpaid invoices, supplier invoices and balances by account.
- Oracle NetSuite Feeds Finance The general ledger across subsidiaries and periods, read as your NetSuite role sees it.
- Salesforce Feeds Sales & Ops Pipeline, opportunities, accounts and activity, read as the person who connected it.
These are the first guides. Synaptic Intelligence connects to many more systems, including HubSpot, Shopify, BambooHR, Workday and Power BI: find yours on the full list.
How connecting works
An admin connects each system once, usually by signing in to it and approving read-only access; a few systems take a key or a short checklist instead, with every value ready to copy. The connection has to answer a real request before any department uses it. Nothing is installed on your side, and nothing is copied into a warehouse: records are read when a question is asked.
When a question needs two systems, two departments answer it and their answers are reconciled. If they report different figures for the same thing, the answer shows both and says whose is the real one. That is the part a single system, or an assistant pointed at one, cannot do: build or buy covers what it takes.
